Storm Front Specialists was founded in 2015 by a team of passionate meteorologists who believed Wyoming deserved world-class weather services — both for the thrill-seekers and the businesses that depend on accurate forecasting.
Wyoming sits at the crossroads of competing air masses — warm Gulf moisture colliding with cold Canadian fronts against the rugged backbone of the Rockies. This creates some of the most dramatic and dangerous weather on Earth.
We saw an opportunity to serve two communities: adventurers seeking to witness nature's raw power up close, and Wyoming businesses that need reliable, hyper-local weather intelligence to protect their people and operations.
Today, we operate the most respected storm chasing tour program in the region and provide consulting services to ranchers, construction firms, event planners, and emergency managers across the state.
